Chimi Churri is a cafe located in The School, Jaya One Petaling Jaya since November 2015, who is all about making natural, honest food. Despite having a unique and wholesome menu, the business had sustainability issues.

To increase awareness of the café and raise the foot traffic, which in turn would increase sales

CHALLENGES


The café had difficulty attracting crowds because it was hidden from the public’s view, as it was located in a secluded area and away from most eateries.

SOLUTIONS


Pin Icon We deployed our Location Based Advertising Platform Location Ninja to target and display an attractive “Buy 1, Free 1 Promotion”
Location Icon We then targeted the advertisement to individuals who were within a 2 KM radius from The School Jaya One
Man Icon We used Facebook, Instagram and Google to target these individuals
Advertisement Icon The advertisement was displayed on their social feed multiple times a day repeatedly for one week
TV Icon This consistent display of the advertisement, coupled with the high frequency of it, eventually attracted customers to the café as it was located within their vicinity
Increment Icon Customers were granted free access to high speed Internet after liking the café’s Facebook page, which in turn increased the number of fans of the café’s Facebook page
Connection Icon After accumulating a certain amount of fans on Facebook, we then narrowed down our target market by targeting advertisements to the fans of the café’s Facebook page
