    A team of designers with experience ranging from those who have worked for more than two years and senior designers who has more than 4 years’ experience. You will position the agency as a creative leader in the marketplace. Your ambition and skills as a stellar designer will empower the agency to produce award winning designs that will match any international agencies. You will do this alongside a team of creative talents that you will work together to execute large-scale, cross-channel projects that are creatively brilliant.


  • Create creative and original designs, that solve problems for brands head-on.
  • Produce great creative ideas and conceptualisation for digital, print & packaging
  • Good understanding of details / knowledge artistic style for UX, UI and conceptualisation for various projects, such as websites, EDM, digital assets materials and videos in line with the creative vision and audience expressed for the audiences.
  • Collaborate with other designers, writers, client servicing and performance media
  • Dissect, analyse and challenge a brief, to create a clear point of view and direction for the creative process.
  • Production knowledge and finished artwork for various design projects is a MUST.
  • Create impressive design experience for our client’s digital and traditional properties
  • Motivate, inspire and challenge your peers and team members to deliver captivating and creative design solutions with any given brief
  • Lead, inspire and partner with clients to help them understand the value of our work – giving them the confidence to commission our most original and progressive creative thinking.
  • Study the creative marketplace and also understand the client’s competitors creative work
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all projects.
  • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
  • Translate ideas into mind-blowing visuals
  • Provide quality assurance in all creative deliverables.
  • Able to work independently and also lead a team.


  • An extensive amount of experience – minimum 2 year’s experience to more than 4 years of experience as a designer in a creative/advertising agency.
  • Breadth of experience – having led and created great work for big international brands, small organisations and everything in between. A portfolio and detailed explanation of your work will be expected.
  • A proven and consistent creative track record. A plus point, if your design work was shortlisted or won awards. A showcase of the award winning entry and a presentation will be expected.
  • You champion creative pitches and won. A presentation of your design rationale from the winning pitches will be expected.


  • 2 - 6 years’ experience as designer at a 4A advertising agency or reputable pure graphic design firm.
